3. Products & Personalisation
Many of our products are personalised or custom-made. By submitting personalisation details, you confirm that:
- All spelling, dates, and wording provided are correct
- You have permission to use any names, images, or content supplied
- You understand personalised items cannot be changed once production begins
We engrave exactly what you provide. RWT Creations is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
4. Ordering & Payment
Orders are confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed. We accept major debit/credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout.
If an item is unavailable or out of stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.
5. Production Times
Personalised items require time to design, prepare, and engrave. Estimated production times are shown on each product page but may vary during busy periods.
If you require an urgent order, please contact us before purchasing.
6. Shipping
We ship using trusted carriers. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.
RWT Creations is not responsible for delays caused by the courier.
7. Returns & Refunds
Our full Refund & Returns Policy applies. Key points include:
- Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty
- Non-personalised items may be returned within 30 days
- Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded

8. Cancellations
Orders for personalised items cannot be cancelled once production has started. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately and we will assist if possible.
Non-personalised items may be cancelled before dispatch.
9. Pricing & Availability
All prices are shown in GBP and may change without notice. If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
10. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, product photos, and content on this website belong to RWT Creations. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
RWT Creations is not liable for:
- Losses caused by incorrect personalisation details provided by the customer
- Courier delays
- Misuse of products
- Indirect or consequential losses
Our liability is limited to the value of the order.
