We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest quality for our personalised and engraved products. Delivery times vary depending on whether the item is personalised and the delivery method chosen at checkout.

All orders are sent from our workshop in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk.

1. Processing Times

Personalised Items

Personalised items require time to design, prepare, and engrave. Typical processing time is 1–3 working days. This may extend slightly during busy periods.

Non‑Personalised Items

Usually dispatched within 1 working day.

If you need an urgent order, please contact us before purchasing.

2. Delivery Methods

We use trusted UK carriers such as Royal Mail and Evri. Delivery options shown at checkout may include:

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class (Economy)
  • Royal Mail 1st Class
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 / Tracked 48
  • Evri Standard
  • Evri Next Day

Available options depend on the size and weight of your order.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class: 2–4 working days
  • Royal Mail 1st Class: 1–2 working days
  • Tracked 24: Usually next working day
  • Tracked 48: 2 working days
  • Evri Standard: 2–4 working days
  • Evri Next Day: 1 working day

4. Delivery Delays

Once your order has been dispatched, delays caused by the courier are outside our control. If your parcel is delayed, we recommend:

  • Checking the tracking link (if applicable)
  • Allowing a few extra days during peak periods
  • Contacting us if the parcel appears lost

We will always help where we can.

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot refund or replace orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Include photos of the packaging and the item

We will replace or refund the item promptly.

If your parcel is missing, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

7. International Delivery

At this time, we only deliver within the United Kingdom.
