🧾 Refund and Returns Policy

At RWT Creations, every item is made with care, especially our personalised and engraved products. Because these items are created uniquely for you, we are unable to accept returns if you simply change your mind. However, if there is ever an issue with quality, damage, or an engraving error, we will put it right quickly.

What Can Be Returned

You can return:

  • Non‑personalised items in unused, original condition within 30 days
  • Personalised items only if they arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect due to our mistake

Non‑Returnable Items

  • Personalised or custom‑engraved products (unless faulty)
  • Gift cards
  • Digital downloads
  • Health or personal‑care items
  • Perishable goods

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not appeared:

  • Check your bank account
  • Contact your card provider
  • Contact your bank

Sale Items

Sale items are non‑refundable unless faulty.

Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will happily replace it with the same product. Please email support@rwtcreations.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue.
